LARRY LEE THIEL, 68, passed away peacefully with family and his two pets at home. He resided in Hutchinson, Kansas at his time of death on Aug 21, 2016, after battling cancer. He was born on October 19,1947 in Hutchinson, Kansas to Charley James Thiel and Margaret Ann (Maltbie) Thiel. He was a graduate of Buhler High School. He was a Truckdriver for 20 years and then retired from Mill-rite Constuction. He is survived by his wife Shirley of Denton, North Carolina; his brother Lonnie D Thiel of Hutchinson, Kansas; his children Sean, Cory, Amy, and Tori; step children and grandchildren; nieces Angie (Adam) Drake of Hutchinson, Shiela Paiz of Florida; nephew Travis Thiel of Hutchinson. He is preceded in death by his parents Charlie ad Margaret Thiel and brother Leon Thiel. Celebration of Life Service will be September 10, 2016 at the Silver Dollar starting at 2 pm.
