WICHITA, KS
Peters, Larry Gene, 74, retired Boeing Aircraft Statistical Anaysis, made his final transition from this mortal plane on Tuesday, April 24, 2013. He was born in Wichita, Kansas to Gerhard W. Peters and Rosa (Bergan) Peters. He served in the U.S. Navy and was a Vietnam War Veteran. He is survived by life mate and soul partner Helena Kay McClean; wife, Sharon A. Peters of Wichita; very special friend and confidant Sarah Sheldon-Walker of Bartlesville, Okla; brother, Dr. Arden D. Peters of Wichita; son, Robert (Ginger) Peters of Pittsburg, Ks; daughter Paula (J.R.) Larsen of Richardson, TX; grandchildren, Jessi (Justin) Reading of Pittsburg, Lt. Bryan Peters, USMC of Columbus, Ks and Matthew Peters of Columbus, Ks; great grandsons, Xander and Cruze Reading. He is preceded in death by his parents, Gerhard W. and Rosa E. Peters. Services will be held at a later date. Baker Funeral Home, Valley Center. Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com
