Larry Milligan, 78, of Valley Center passed away Tuesday, December 24, 2019.  He was born to Ethel and William Milligan of Belmont Michigan.  Larry graduated from Comstock Park High School in Comstock Michigan.  He served in the United States Airforce until 1965.  He served as a Boy Scout Leader for over 20 years.  He retired after serving the City of Valley Center for over 20 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers "Billy" Tiff and "Bud" Milligan.  Larry is survived by his wife Linda, his son John Milligan, his son Samuel Milligan and his wife Kara, grandchildren Jeramiah, Gabriella, Makayla, and Elianah Milligan, his brother "Pal" Milligan, and sister Lucy Chatman.

A reception will be held at 5:00 pm and the memorial service will be at 6:00 pm on Monday, December 30 ^th at Valley Center Christian Church, 1801 E. 5 ^th street, Valley Center KS 67147.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Larry Milligan to the Valley Center Animal League, Inc at 141 S Park St, Valley Center KS 67147.
