Larry Lee Edwards, 84, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at home.  He was born on Sunday, April 27, 1941 in Wichita, the son of Frank Dalton Edwards and Viola 'Bess' (Smith) Edwards.

He married the love of his life, Mary E. Braman on July 31, 1963 in Buffalo, Kansas. Larry was in the U.S. Army and worked in Administration 1961 through 1963 for a tour of 6 years. He also attended two years at Wichita State University.  He worked for many accounting business and tax firms then retired in 2017. His favorite thing to do was golf, watch sports on TV and play with the dogs Koji and Yoji.

Survivors include his wife Mary, a son Todd and daughter Kari all of Wichita; 7 grandchildren Tyler, Zachary and Noah, and step grandchildren Chris, Tyler, Madi and Cami; along with 5 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Mary Margaret.

Laid to Rest at Buffalo Cemetery, Buffalo, Kansas on April 26, 2026.
