Kevin Mark Butler, 58, entered into the presence of the Lord on Friday, April 17, 2020. He was born on May 29, 1962, in Elmhurst, IL, he was the son of Reverend Wesley E. Butler and Reverend Ima Jean Butler. He lived in Winfield, KS, and graduated from Bethel Life School, Wichita, KS and Central Bible College, Springfield, MO.

He is survived by his sister, Roberta J. (Marty) Gould of Cartersville, GA, and stepdaughters, Kaitlyn Pritchford and Kim Nevers, both from Sand Springs, OK, two aunts and 1 uncle as well as many cousins. He is also survived by nephews Jeremy (Elizabeth) Gould, Jacksonville, FL, Brandon (Rachel) Gould, Cartersville, GA, and Chad (Jessica Drueger) Gould, Wichita, KS and 10 nieces and nephews.

Kevin was a former Pastor and substitute teacher for several school districts. He was known for his humor and deep spiritual insights. He was quite musical and rnost of all he loved his Lord.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Wes and Ima Jean Butler, and wives Lisa Murphy Butler and Jennifer Jo Pitchford Butler, infant brother Roger and infant sister Rebecca.

There will be no services for him at this present time. A celebration of life will take place in the future. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his name to Gideons International, Wichita North Camp, P. 0. Box 212, Valley Center, KS, 67147.
