Westerfield, Kenneth Ray, 60, Boeing Aircraft purchasing agent, passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2014.
Ken brought a smile everywhere he went and will be greatly missed. He was a beloved husband, father, grandpa and friend. He is survived by his wife, Patricia; son Tanner (Kelly) Westerfield and two grandchildren Ryan and Victoria; son Eric Westerfield; mother, Margaret Westerfield; sisters, Kathy (Joe) Rickey and Judy (Steve) Carmichael; many other family members and friends. He is preceded in death by his father and brother.
Ken was an active member of the New Life Church in La Plata, Maryland. In lieu of flowers, donations may be designated in his memory to the Kingdom Investment Fund (KIF), in care of New Life Church, 9690 Shepherds Creek Place, La Plata, MD 20646.
Services will be held 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 24 at Valley Center Christian Church, 1801 E. Fifth, Valley Center, Kansas.
Arrangements have been made with Baker Funeral Home, Valley Center. Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com
