Kenneth Wayne Jones , 74, passed away on Thursday, April 2, 2020 at the Veterans Hospice Unit. He was born in Owensboro, Daviess County, Kentucky to William Columbus Jones and Eva Louise (Goins) Jones. After graduation he served in the U.S. Navy and was a Vietnam War Veteran. Ken retired from York Manufacturing. He enjoyed helping others whether it was a friend, neighbor or relative. Ken could always be counted on to lend a hand. He also enjoyed gardening and spending time with family.

Ken is preceded in death by his parents William and Eva Jones, daughters Charity Jones and Julia Jones, and his brother Michael Jones.

He is survived by his daughters Carrie Sieh (Doug) of North Ridgeville, OH, Dina Ross (Brian) of Stearns, KY and Heather Tackett (Bill) of Elyria, OH, Myrna Jones, mother of Dina and Heather; brothers, Charles Jones (Ruby) of Elyria, OH, Roger Jones (Diane) of Sheffield Village, OH, Clifford Jones of Vermillion, OH and Tim Jones (Sue) of Avon Lake, OH; sisters Glenda Asbell (Loren) of Park City, KS, Pam Walker (Harold) of Wichita, KS, Nancy Weigant (Bill) of Wichita, KS; partner Connie O'Reilly, son Joe Tate (Amanda) and daughter Kim Ostrom (Jimmy), all of Wichita, KS; many other family and friends.
