It is with great sadness that the family of Kelli Owens (Huff) announce her sudden passing on Friday, September 11, 2020 at the age of 53.

Kelli will be lovingly remembered by her Soulmate and husband of 36 years, Carl; children, Jess, Jenny, Chris, Dustin, Nathan; grandchildren, Kiersten, Audrey, Lou Lou, Luke and Ryder; and numerous other family members and friends.

Kelli was a devoted wife and mother but was known to most by her title of Granny. She was a woman of many passions including looking for antiques, working on cars, and tending the chickens but no passion was greater than the one she had for her family. She never missed an event. She didn't care the distance or time of day, she made it. She was the mastermind behind all projects. She always knew the way to get things done. Kelli made friends with everyone she met and would drop everything to be there for them, no matter the cost. She had a feisty spirit, would banter with anyone who could keep up, wasn't afraid to tell you what she thought and had the determination to conquer anything in her path. Even though she is gone, her legacy will continue on in all of the lives she has touched.

A private service will be held for immediate family at Baker Funeral Home, Valley Center, Kansas. A Celebration Of Life will be held at the family's residence on Saturday, September 19, 2020 starting at 4 pm for friends and family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Wichita Animal Action League (WAAL).
