Kelli Dawn Carter, 46, of Wichita, Kansas, passed away on October 27, 2023, in Wichita. She was born on February 15, 1977, in Wichita, Kansas. Kelli was a genuine and devoted individual, always putting her kids, family, and friends first. She showed love to everyone she met. Known for her caring nature, Kelli left a lasting impact on those around her.

Kelli is survived by her loving son, Jeren Carter, and her daughters, Bryleigh Berger and Kyra Berger. She is also survived by her mother, Karen Carter, her brother, Scott Carter (Elyssa), sister Christi Stream, brother Eric Carter, and many nieces and nephews. Kelli was preceded in death by her father, Charles Carter.

A service to celebrate Kelli's life will be held at Baker Funeral Home, located at 100 S Cedar Ave in Valley Center, KS, on Friday November 10, 2023, at 1:00 pm. Following the service, a reception will be held at the Valley Center Community Center, located at 314 E Clay, Valley Center, KS.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Victory in the Valley, a charitable organization that was meaningful to Kelli.
