Nicholson, Kathryn Ann (Withers), 65, Upholstrist, loving mother, grandma, sister, aunt and friend, passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2012. She was born in Wichita, Kansas, to Claude L. Withers and Margaret M. (Williams) Withers. She is survived by her children, Claudia Engel (Garrett Pfannenstiel) of Hays, Timothy (Dee) Nicholson of Maize and Rick Nicholson (Nicole Gomillion) of Maize; grandchildren, Ryan Engel, Nathan Engel, Jace Nicholson, Clayton Nicholson, Mallory Nicholson, Jordan Nicholson and Reese Nicholson; brothers, Claude Withers and David Withers. She is preceded in death by her parents, Claude and Margaret Withers. Services, 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, October 9, at Baker Funeral Home, Valley Center. Memorials to the Kansas Humane Society.
