Dicks, Justin Scott, 30, passed away Sunday, September 16, 2012. He was raised in Valley Center, Kansas, attending Elementary to High School. Justin graduated in the Class of 2001 at Northwest High School. He is survived by his mother, Diane (Zane) Miller of Valley Center; his father, John (Robin) Dicks of Marion; brothers and sisters, Alisha (Rick) Loerke, Natalie Shurley, Eric Shurley, Stephen Miller, Rebecca Miller, Deana Miller, Olivia Dicks, Madison Dicks and Wesley Dicks; grandparents, Billie Dicks, Buddy and Elizabeth Miller, and Judy Ratcliff; many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and other family.
