Collins, Julianna Cecilia (Kochis), 78, retired Westingtonhouse Inspector, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012. She was born in Athens, Ohio, to James Kochis and Elizabeth (Toth) Kochis. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ralph Collins, sisters, Mary Elizabeth Erwin and Lillian Jeffers. She is survived by her children, Victoria (David) McBride of Wichita, Ralph Collins of Alburquerque, NM, Richard (Angie) Collins of Bradton, FL, and Randy Collins of Columbus, OH; 10 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; brothers, David (Jan) Kochis of Delaware, OH and John Kochis of AZ.
