JUDITH MARIE (TIBBETS) WILLIAMS , 48 years, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2018. She was born in Wichita, Kansas to Pete Edgar and Sue Tibbets. She was a graduate of Valley Center High School Class of 1987. She enjoyed giving back to others by her exceptional and talented gift of photography. She was also creative as a great seamtress and gardener. Yet her greatest joy was with her sons and family. She was their cheerleader and attended all their sports and events. She is survived by her sons Ryan Trimble, Devin Williams, Connor Williams and Logan Williams, all of Wichita; husband James Williams of Wichita; mother Sue Bell-Milby and husband Wesley.
