Bilyew, Judith Ann (Tearney), 72, beloved wife and mother, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2013. She was born in Wichita, Kansas to John Joseph Tearney and Lucille Bernadetta (Silvy) Tearney. She worked with the Red Cross Good Neighbor Nutrition. Judy is survived by her husband, Walter Bilyew; daughters, Valerie (Bill) of Wichita and Julie of Temecula, California; brother, John Tearney. She is preceded in death by her parents, John & Lucille Tearney. Viewing 10:00 a.m. and Service 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, May 8, at Baker Funeral Home Chapel, 100 S. Cedar, Valley Center, KS 67147. Memorials may be designated to Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, Ks 67202 and Kansas Humane Society, 3313 N. Hillside, Wichita, Ks 67219.
