Obituary

Judith Badillo, 80, passed away on February 25th, 2026, in North Newton, Kansas. She was born in Nowata, Oklahoma to Todd Parker and Eda M. (Strub) Parker. She attended Nowata High School where she played basketball and participated in Baton twirling. In the late 60's, Judi moved to Wichita, KS which she was a lifelong resident.

Judi worked at several locations within the Wichita, KS area, including Associated Company Incorporation and J.R. Custom Metal Products as a receiving clerk. She enjoyed spending time with her family and especially with her grand and great grandchildren. She enjoyed reading and loved music of all genres, dancing and laughing with her friends and family. She loved a Route 44 Vanilla Coke from Sonic.

Judi spent the last 9 years at Bethel Kidron Village in North Newton, where the staff that she loved took care of her. She loved the staff at Kidron Village. We thank them very much. Additionally, Good Shepherd Hospice provided end of life care for Judi.

Judi is survived by her daughters: Michelle (Janssen) Shaw (Brian) of Goddard, KS; Susan (Parker) Hogue (John) of Grapevine, TX; Sonja (Janssen) Maggard (Brian) of Nowata, OK and Danette Hollis of Newton, KS. Grandchildren: Michael Richardson (Kelsey) of Hurst, TX, Bradley Badillo (OK), Lucia Masters (Red Oak, TX), Anthony Bishop (Wichita, KS); Kami Harris (Newton, KS); Kyle Pruitt (Newton, KS) and Justin Wright (Newton, KS), and many great grandchildren. Sisters and Brothers: Gene Campbell (Prissy) of Texas; Betty (Campbell) Fisher (Steve) of North Newton, KS; Norma (Campbell) Sharp (Mick) of Sedgwick, KS and David Campbell of Wichita, KS.

No local services are planned currently. A private memorial event will be held at an undisclosed location. Future event to be scheduled in Talala, OK.
