JOSEPH  'JOE'  LEE  ROBBINS  OAKMAN, 47, passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2019. He was born in Wichita, Kansas.

He was preceded in death by grandfather John Foster, mother Jane (Foster) Bassett and dad Elmer 'Jr.' Oakman.

Joe is survived by his sons Joe Robbins and Sean Robbins; grandchildren Taylin, Aliyah, Brynli and Evan; brothers John Markley, Kenny (Debra) Robbins and Frank (Sheila) Oakman; sister Debbie (Ernie) Marmon; fiancé Sherrey Henson; many other family and friends.

Services will be held privately by the family.
