JOSEPH BRIAN KENNEDY, 52, retired Military and Sales Vendor Owner, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2016. He was born at Wichita, Kansas to Joseph B. Kennedy and Louise (Carmen) Kennedy. He was a graduate of Valley Center High School and Wichita State University. Joe served our country as a Veteran of the U.S. Army National Guard where he served many campaigns. He is survived by his son Patrick Kennedy of Valley Center and daughter Erin (Quentin) Kraus of Valley Center; grandchildren Tyler Dunbar and Natalie Kraus; brother William (Cher) Kennedy of Linden, Virginia; numerous other family and friends. Joe is preceded in death by his parents Joseph and Louise Kennedy, and brother David Kennedy. Services will be held 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 8 at the Plymouth Congregational Church, 402 N.
