JOSEPH EUGENE EVANS "JOE", 29, passed away on Saturday, July 25, 2015. He was born in Wichita, Kansas. He was a graduate of Derby High School, Derby, Kansas. He worked construction as a roofer. He is survived by his family Nick Serrano, Louise Serrano, Mike Serran, Marsela Serrano and Nicole Serrano . He is preceded in death by his mom Ellen A. (Knight) Evans Serrano.
