Jessie E. (Ferril) Fulgham, 84, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2014.  Jessie was born in Cherokee, OK to Jesse and Grace Ferril. She was preceded in death by her parents, step-father Earl Atkison, brothers Paul and Dale, sister Gayle Allison, step-sisters Joy Durant and Ruth Neathery. She is survived by her husband of 63 years Joe, son Craig (Paula), grandson Brian (Jennifer), granddaughter Lisa, great grandson Ethan, step-sister Reba Angle, all of Wichita. Jessie worked for Boeing for 38 years. Among the many things she enjoyed was spending time at the lake home at Table Rock Lake and going to Wichita State basketball games. She was a true Shocker Fan. Visitation 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, April 2, at Baker Funeral Home, Valley Center. Service will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, April 3, at Central Community Church, 6100 W. Maple, Wichita, Ks.
