Jerry Francis Gage, 84, of Colwich, Kansas peacefully passed away on July 21, 2024; he was surrounded by the ones he loved most.

Jerry was born on October 17, 1939 in Hays, Kansas. He was a bartender at Sam's Town in Las Vegas, NV before retiring to Colwich, KS in 2002.  Jerry was a loving husband, father, grandparent, and great-grandparent who was always ready to laugh and even more ready to place a bet with one of his loved ones.

Jerry woke up every morning and said he was grateful for this day.  He will be remembered for his sense of humor and love of life.

Jerry is survived by his wife Linda; children Kerry (Chris) Gage, Kelly Norris, and Kimberly (Steve) Lietz; step-daughters Robin (Chrys) Phillips and Ranee (Todd) Charles; grandchildren Kristen Campbell, Kera Brown, Kaleb Gage, Nathan Gage, Michele Gage, Richard Humphrey, Zachary Humphrey, Sade Humphrey, Jordan Lietz, and Justin Lietz; step-grandchildren Joshua Phillips, Elliott Van Dreumel, and Christian Charles; and 11 great-grandchildren.

He will be cremated and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later time. Memorials in his memory may be sent to Gentiva Hospice, 9229 E. 37th Street North #104, Wichita, KS 67226.
