JANICE  ANN  (MCNAMARA)  HAUCK

It is with great sadness that the family of Janice Hauck announces her passing on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at the age of 72.  Janice will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 54 years, Gary, and their children, Cinda and Steve Garcia, Aaron and Debbie Hauck, and Lisa and Mike Williams. Janice will also be fondly remembered by her six grandchildren, Kayla and Adam, Kerstan and Mike, Brittany, Ryan, Erin, and Haylie, five great-grandchildren, a sister Frances Christie, and a brother George and sister-in-law Ruth McNamara. Janice was preceded by her parents, George and Lula McNamara, and by her mother and father-in-law, Lemoyne and Anna Hauck.
Janice was a school bus driver for the Wichita Public Schools for 38 years where she enjoyed spending time with the kids, getting to know the parents, and working with the teachers.  Janice also was involved in a Christian Garden Club made up of seven ladies who enjoyed spending quality time together doing various activities.  She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who loved her family very much. Her hobbies included camping, crafting, and sewing.  She will greatly be missed.
Memorials will be designated in her memory to Serenity Hospice Care of Wichita. A Celebration of her life will be held 10:00 a.m., Saturday, September 8 at the Valley Center Christian Church, 1801 E. Fifth, Valley Center, Kansas. Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com
