HALSTEAD, KS
Wade, James P. Jr., 70, retired Electrician and Contractor, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2013. He was born in Macon, Georgia to James P. Wade, Sr. and Margaret (Bragg) Wade. He was a U.S. Army and Vietnam War Veteran. He is survived by his children, James Wade III of South Carolina and Terry Wade of Halstead; five grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; and one sister; many friends. He is preceded in death by his wife Peggy Lee (Booten) Wade and his parents. Services will be held 4:00 p.m., Saturday, October 12, at the Apartment Park, 815 W. 6th, Halstead, Kansas. Memorials may be designated in his memory to the American Legion Post #231, 201 E. 1st St., Halstead, Ks 67056. Baker Funeral Home, 100 S. Cedar, Valley Center, KS.
