Hansen, James Charles, 72, retired USD 259 Maintenance Tech passed away Tuesday, August 9, 2011. He was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota to James M. and Edith (Anderson) Hansen. He is survived by his wife, Nelda Hansen; children, Pauline (Phil) Dunn of Wichita, Russell (Tina) McKenzie of Wichita, and Molly (Zinal) Pourhussin of Udall; brothers, Jerry (Regina) Hansen of Udall, and David Hansen of Udall; sisters, Vicki (Chet) Rugg of Hazelton, Sharon (Tom) Schuckmall of Viola; grandchildren, Khalil Pourhussin, Blake Dunn, Lauren McKenzie, Brittany Dunn, Autumn Pourhussin; great grandchild, Addisyn Woods. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Joan Hansen and his parents. Visitation 9 a.m. and Service 10 a.m., August 12, both held at Baker Funeral Home, 100 S. Cedar, Valley Center. Burial following the service at Kechi Township Cemetery, 6523 N. Hillside, Wichita. Memorials may be designated to the Minnesota State Academy for the Deaf, MSAD, Faribault, MN 55021.
