Copeland, James Harold , 60, passed away Tuesday, February 3, 2015. Private Family Services will be held. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas to Melvin Harry Copeland and Rose Marie (Cook) Copeland. In 1972 he joined the Arkansas National Guard and Kansas National Guard till 1978. James worked at Vick's Sand and Gravel as a Truck Driver. He is survived by his sons James (Tanya) Copeland and Jason (Tina) Copeland, of Caremore, Oklahoma; grandson Tyler Copeland; sisters Anna Copeland of Wichita, Emmalee Houser of Wichita, Tina (George) Moreno of Kechi, Nancy (Wesley) Boxley of Wichita, Mary Richardson of Minnesota and Michelle Hudson of Wichita; brothers Dale (Cindy) Copeland of Arkansas City, Melvin Copeland Jr of Wichita, John Copeland of Columbus and David (Charlene) Richardson of Minnesota; several nieces and nephews; many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his son Christopher Copeland, mother Rose Bowman and father Melvin Copeland Sr.    Baker Funeral Home Valley Center.
