WICHITA
James Gilbert Barton, 86, retired Construction Remodeler, passed away, Saturday, May 24, 2014. He was born in Ingalls, Kansas to Gilbert Barton and Opal Effie (Nicholson) Barton. He is survived by his wife Betty Barton; children Cindy Rodriguez of El Reno, OK and Ronald Speck of Wichita; grandchildren Brenda Rodriguez of Valley Center, James Rodriguez and Stephanie Moore of Wichita; great grandchildren James Lee Michael Rodriguez of Muskogee, OK, Christopher Moore and Mary Jane Moore of Wichita; many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents. Memorials may be designated to the Cancer Center of Kansas, 818 N. Emporia Ste 403, Wichita, Ks 67214. Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 31 at Baker Funeral Home, 100 S. Cedar, Valley Center. Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com
