Jacob Paul Blackburn , infant son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and great grandson was carried to Heaven in the arms of Jesus on Thursday, August 27, 2015. Jacob was a bundle of joy and a blessing to each member in his family. His smile would light up a room and his laugh was contagious. Jacob loved cuddling with his mommy, following his big sister everywhere and playing beside his brother. He gave the tightest little baby hugs and always had a smile on his face. He is survived by his mom Jessica; sister Kinley and twin brother Joseph; grandparents Mickeal and Kay Blackburn of Valley Center; great grandma Corene Parnell; uncle Kenny (Tiffany) Blackburn; aunt Kayla (Jason) Wilfong; 7 cousins; many other family and friends.
