Garvey, Jack Oran, 83, retired Cessna Aircraft Welder, passed away Thursday, June 4, 2015. He was born in Wichita, Kansas to Clayton Rice Garvey and Juanita Thelma (Lyle) Garvey. He was a U.S. Navy and Korean War Veteran. He is survived by his wife Mary Garvey of the home; his children Curtis Garvey of Halstead, Ramona Garvey of Little Rock, AR and Doug Garvey of Halstead; grandchildren Tracie (Stefan) Klinke, Jeff (Crystal) Souter, Emily Granados, Heather (Patrick) Gerstner, and great grandson Jack Souter; many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his father Clayton R. Garvey, mother Juanita Hebden, sisters Betty Cochran and Laura Garvey, brothers Lyle Garvey and Robert Garvey.

Service s will be held 1 p.m., Tuesday, June 9, at Pleasant Valley Church, 12002 W. 109th N., Bentley. Graveside will follow the service at Pleasant Valley Cemetery. Baker Funeral Home Valley Center. Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com
