Ashworth, Jack D., 82, passed away Monday, August 27, 2012. He is survived by his daughter, Sherry Ashworth, son, Doug Ashworth and wife Donna, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Debbie J. Bryant and son, John Christopher Ashworth. Services pending at a later date. Memorials to the Harry Hynes Memorial Hospice, 313 S.
