James Michael "Mike" Dochow,, 59, OTR Truck Driver, passed away, Tuesday, June 10, 2014. Mike was born in Eureka, Kansas to James and Darlene Dochow. He excelled in football, track, wrestling and was a 1973 graduate of Valley Center High School. After graduation he joined the Marine Corps serving two years. After service he attended Wichita State University. He then met and married Monica Monarez, which to this union were four children. They lived and raised their family in Newton, Kansas. She preceded him in death. He is also preceded by his mother Thelma Darlene Dochow. Mike is survived by his children Giselle Dochow, Brian (Amber) Dochow, Christopher Dochow and Crystal (Patrick) Eason; grandchildren Kaiden, Jaelynn, Alaze Eason and Boston Dochow; his father James Dochow; brother Gary Dochow; sister Kimberly (Richard) Schock; many nieces, nephews and other family.
