Irma M. Davis, a resident of Keepsake Kottage in Rose Hill, Kansas, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2021 at the age of  86.   A Celebration of Life Service is being planned for this spring.

Irma was born in Lincoln, Nebraska on March 21, 1934, to Edward and Virginia Kleager. She grew up on a farm and graduated from high school in Palmyra, Nebraska. She worked in the field of dentistry as an assistant and then a dental receptionist/office manager. She met Robert Davis at a dance in Lincoln, Nebraska and they married in Palmyra Nebraska on September 19, 1954. During their lives they lived in Nebraska, Ohio, Kansas and Oregon.

Irma loved home-making, cooking and hosting people in her home. She also enjoyed reading, word puzzles, solitaire, creating floral arrangements, along with all crafts and decorating.

Irma was preceded in death by her six siblings, her son-in-law Morey Leichner and her husband Bob. She is survived by her two daughters Debi Reynolds (Orval) of Hamilton, Ohio and Susie Wernli (Jim) of Wichita, Kansas; five grandchildren Dan Melvin, Joe Melvin, Alyson Phillips, Aaron Leichner and Adam Leichner; nine great grandchildren Kaleigh, Camren, Caleb, Jincey, Isabella, Malachi, Jericho, Elijah and Iva­-Grace.
