Ina Lou (Gilliam) LaMendola, 80, passed away, Monday, July 7, 2014. She was born in rural Miller County, Missouri to Odle Clifton Gilliam and Lula Mae (Keeth) Gilliam. She was a graduate of East High School, Kansas City, Missouri. Ina loved having her day care, but especially loved being Mom and Mema. She is survived by her children Anthony LaMendola of Wichita, KS, Thomas (Marianna) LaMendola of Rochester, NY, Deborah Flynt of Rochester, NY, Patrick (Debbie) LaMendola of Rochester, NY, Lisa (Victor) Graham of Wichita, KS; grandchildren Eric (Melissa) LaMendola, Michael (Cassie) Manion, Matthew (Vanessa) LaMendola, Nicholas LaMendola, Nykki (Rob) Saurini, Kellie LaMendola, Daniel Flynt, KC (Lynne) Graham, Jason LaMendola; great grandchildren Lindsay LaMendola, Ava LaMendola, Leah LaMendola, Chandin Manion, Joey LaMendola and Abel LaMendola; sister Imogene Gramling of Wichita, Ks; many nieces and nephews, other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her father Odel Gilliam, mother Lula Mae Gilliam, daughter Mary Anne Tenbrink, brother Odel Clifton Gilliam, Jr. and sister Ila Mae Workman. Services will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, July 12 at Woodland Lakes Community Church, 770 S. Greenwich Rd, Wichita, Kansas. Baker Funeral Home, 100 S. Cedar, Valley Center has charge.
