HELENA MARIA DIAZ , 30, passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2016 in Wichita, Kansas. She is survived by her husband Carlos Perales; children Antonio Diaz, Jaylianna Diaz and Adianna Perales, all of the home; mother Carmen D. Talavera of Wichita; sister Monica Chavez of Wichita; brothers James Guillen, Jr. and Jose Diaz, Jr., both of Wichita; grandparent Agapito Gonzales of Wichita; many other family and friends.
