Steyer, Helen Louise (Williams) Blanke, 78, beloved mother and grandmother, passed away Monday, August 22, 2011. She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Willis Carl Williams and Esther Helen (Hanes) Williams. She is survived by her daughters, Penny Ozbun of Wichita and Dickie "Dee" (Steve) Dreiling of Halstead; grandchildren, Heather Acheson, Brigham Bentley and Jamie Dreiling. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Wayne Blanke and Hilbert Steyer, and brother Richard Willis Williams. No services. Baker Funeral Home, Valley Center had charge
