HELEN M. (GAMILL)  HAMILTON , 93, passed away Sunday December 30, 2018.  She was born in Wichita, Kansas January 5, 1925.    Helen graduated from Wichita North High School.  In 1946 she united in marriage to Donald K. Hamilton.  Helen worked at the phone company and Valley Center School District while raising four children.  She participated in activities such as ice skating, waterskiing, bowling, golf, photo albums, genealogy, United Methodist church groups, and book clubs throughout her life.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Arlis Gamill; her husband Don, son R. Doug and infant son Mark Donald, and her sister Betty Jean Rea.  She is survived by her children, Drew (Janice), Denise, and Debra (Jeff), numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, other family and friends.  Memorials may be designated to the First United Methodist Church, 516 N. Park, Valley Center, KS 67147 and Harry Hynes Hospice, 313 S. Market, Wichita, KS 67202.

Visitation 5-7 pm, Thursday, January 3, at Baker Funeral Home Valley Center. Graveside service will be held 3:00 p.m., Friday, January 4, at Hillside Cemetery, Sedgwick, Kansas. Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com .
