Harvey D. Doolen's Obituary
Harvey D. Doolen, 63, was called home to be with the Lord on Monday, March 10, 2021. Harvey was born on April, 1, 1957 in Baxter Springs, Kansas to Harvey and Francis Doolen. He graduated from Valley Center High School in 1975. Harvey loved being around family and friends, and was known for his quick wit and sense of humor. He was a loving son, brother, father, and grandfather.
Harvey is preceded in death by his father Harvey Doolen, brothers King Doolen, Dan Doolen and sister-in-law Linda (Cramer) Doolen Cramer. He is survived by his mother, Francis Doolen; children Doug (Kelli) Doolen, and Greg Doolen; grandchildren Sawyer Doolen, and Maxwell Doolen; brother Don (Susan) Doolen, and many nieces and nephews; many other family and friends.
Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00 pm Monday, March 15th, 2021 and Funeral service will be 10:00 am Tuesday, March 16th, 2021, both held at the LeVenue, 109 W Main St, Valley Center, Kansas. Graveside following at Hillside Cemetery, Sedgwick, Kansas.
