Trent, George Edward Sr., 85, retired Bruenger OTR Truck Driver went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, November 4, 2014. He was born in Lima, Oklahoma to George Calvin Trent and Floy Gazette (Smith) Trent. He attended El Dorado High School. On May 25, 1947 in El Dorado, Kansas he married the love of his life, Nelda Maurie Trent, who precedes him. He is also preceded by his parents and one brother Jimmie Trent. He loved the Lord and reading his Bible. His family was a treasure whom he enjoyed very much. He is survived by his daughters Jennifer (Tess) Hanna of Wichita and Jeanine (Bill) Zimmer of Derby, son George Trent Jr of Wichita; 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren; brother Jerry (Sharon) Trent of Oklahoma City; sisters Opal Bishop of Olathe and Wanda Dannenfelser of Baltimore, MD; many other family and friends. Service 11 a.m., Friday, November 7, at First Church of the Nazarene, 1400 E. Kellogg, Wichita. Graveside following the service at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 1806 N.
