McHugh, Fred Harmon, 91, retired Motive Parts Warehouse purchasing agent, passed away on Monday, September 26, 2011, in Wichita, Kansas. He was born to Dilts Sprankle McHugh and Editha (Harmon) McHugh. He graduated from Liberal High School. He served in the U.S. Army from 1942 to 1946, then the National Guard until 1948. He was very active as a Boy Scout leader from the 1960's through the 1980's. Fred is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Mickey McHugh; daughter, Peggy Truman Wilson; grandsons, Jarrod (Michelle) Truman, and Jason (Jennifer) Truman; great grandchildren, Tyler Truman, Derek Truman, Whitney Truman, Blake Truman and Makenzie Truman. He is preceded in death by his wife Bonnie McHugh, parents Dilts and Editha McHugh, and brother Don McHugh. No Services. Baker Funeral Home, Valley Center has charge.
