FRANKLIN  LEE  HARVEY, 76, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2016. He was born in Newton, Kansas to Benjamin Franklin Harvey and Beaulah (Everett) Harvey. He worked as a Mill Operator with specialty in Cattle feed. He married the love of his life, Martha Jean McBride, on November 26, 1977, in Potwin, Kansas. Franklin is survived by his wife Martha Harvey of the home; 9 children; 24 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; many other family and friends. Private Family services will be held.
