Evelyn (Cowel) Miller was born on November 22, 1954, and passed away on October 3, 2016. She was born in Wichita, Kansas to Charles C. Cowel and Ruth Ann (Meininger) Cowel. She was preceeded in death by her mother Ruth Cowell and her brother Joy Cowel. Evelyn is survived by her father Charles Cowel, her husband Albert Miller Sr, her two sons, Albert Miller Jr. and Chris (Chrystal) Miller, her two sisters, one brother, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and friends. Services are 6:00 p.m., Friday, October 7, at the Park City Community Building, 6801 N. Hydraulic, Park City, Kansas.
