MAIZE, KANSAS

ELNORA LOUISE (FEIST) SCHARTZ, 77, passed away on Monday, October 29, 2018 in Maize, Kansas. She was born in Great Bend, Kansas to Joseph Carl Feist and Anna Magdalina (Wendel) Feist. Beloved wife, mom, grandma, sister, aunt and friend. She always placed her family's needs first and gave them great love and care. She is survived by her husband LeRoy Schartz; children Trina Schartz of Sarasota, FL, Terry Schartz of Sarasota, FL, Todd (Paula) Schartz of Cheney, KS, Tracy Bell of Taos, NM and Troy Schartz of Cheney, KS; grandchildren Mickel, Janek, Breanna, Kira, Kortne, Kiel, Keley, Justin, Derek, Shanea and Dalton; 13 great grandchildren; sisters Rena Stapleton of Larned, KS and Glenda (Greg) Ditus of Ft. Collins, CO; brother-in-law Daniel Schartz and sister-in-law Patricia Thompson; many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Joe and Anna Feist, brothers Marvin, Melvin and Joseph Feist and infant daughter Tonya.

Rosary 7:00 p.m., Thursday, November 1 and Mass 10:30 a.m., Friday, November 2, both held at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 3642 N. Ridge Rd, Wichita, Kansas. Condolences may be left for the family at www.bakerfhvc.com
