ELLEN  IRENE  (PRIDDLE) SULLIVAN, 96, of Valley Center, Kansas passed away on Saturday, March 21, 2020. She was born in Valley Township, rural Reno County, Kansas to Edgar Horland Priddle and Sylvia (Imel) Priddle. On November 8, 1943, in Winfield, Kansas, she married the love of her life Vernon Sullivan.  She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She loved life, helping others, being a prayer warrior and enjoyed helping her husband on the farm. She was a long time member of the Valley Center First United Methodist Church serving in many ways.

She was preceded in death by her husband Vernon, son Jerry , parents Edgar and Sylvia Priddle, sister Eva Muriel Oldenettel and her husband Floyd D. Oldenettel.

Ellen is survived by her daughter Nina James, grandsons Shawn and Eric Townsley, brother Harland Priddle, many church family and friends.

Private graveside services will be held at this time. A Celebration Service will be at a later date at the First United Methodist Church, Valley Center.
