Ella Jane (Couch) Warren passed away on 30, November 2025 in Bel Aire, Kansas. She was born on November 25th, 1931, in DeSoto, KS, to Margie F (Randal) and Harvey Couch. She graduated from DeSoto High School in 1949. After graduation, she married Leonard C Warren. They moved around a bit; DeSoto, Sunflower, Neosho, Baltimore MD, Toronto Canada, Emporia and finally Park City in 1963 where she resided the rest of her life.
She was an avid golfer and played almost weekly at Echo Hills. She worked at Sears and Roebucks at Twin Lakes from the 70s to the 90s.
She is preceded in death by both parents, her husband, and her oldest daughter Jane Anne Warren/Gee, her sister Francis Lawhead and her daughter Jeanene. Also, her granddaughter Aimee Dorsett.
Survived by her children: Callie S Dorsett, Len Warren Jr., Margie Hapke (of Marco Island FL), and Herb Warren.
There will be no visitation or service at this time. Mother did not like the cold and she did not want everyone out in the cold to say goodbye. We are looking at the weekend before Mother's Day, so Saturday May 2nd. Kechi Township Cemetery, 10:00 AM. Picnic after.
