Wingert, E. Eilene (Bentley), 83, loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend and animal lover, passed away, Saturday, July 26, 2014. She was born to Earl and Faye (Hanan) Bentley on June 2, 1931 in Plevna, Kansas. She attended Plevna schools and graduated from Plevna High School in 1948. She married the love of her life, Bill G. Wingert on September 24, 1948 in Hutchinson, Kansas. She was a stay at home Mom until her kids were out of school, then worked in food service at the Hospitals. She retired from Stafford Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband Bill, a granddaughter and a great granddaughter. She is survived by her children, Verlinda (Mike) Poor of Nickerson, Mitchell Wingert of Plevna, Cynthia (Larry) Wolcott of Hutchinson and Teresa (Jeff) Rayner of Rose Hill; 11 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild. Memorial Service will be held 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 31 at Community Bible Church, 110 W. Third, Plevna, Kansas. In lieu of flowers memorials in Eilene's memory are designated to Hutchinson Humane Society or the Hospice House of Reno County, Hutchinson or the Plevna Community Bible Church.
