Edward 'Eddie' Hess, 67, passed away on Sunday, April 26, 2020 after a short illness.  He was born in Burlington, Kansas to Harold P. and Aileen (Schultz) Hess.  Eddie worked for their family owned company "Magill Truck Lines"  transporting many various items for a wide variety of companies. He had a love for car shows, college sports and animals; yet his greatest love was for his family.

He is survived by his wife Gaye; children Nicole (Ben) Arnet, Justin (Chelsey) Hess, Jason (Chandra) Wagner, Josh (Denise) Wagner and Luke (Lynn) Wagner; grandchildren Weston, Brayde, Kayle, Carson, Makinley, Lyla, Brekyn and one granddaughter to arrive in June; his parents Harold and Aileen Hess; brother Doug (Sheri) Hess; many other family and friends.

Eddie will be laid to rest at Maize Park Cemetery, 12733 W. 53 ^rd N., Maize, Kansas. A private family graveside will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated in his memory to the
