Bishop, Edgar Fred "Ed", 85, retired Stannard Road Construction Foreman and Farmer, beloved husband, dad, grandpa, brother and friend, passed away Sunday, December 9, 2012. He was born in Lamar, Kansas to Cecil Martin Bishop and Pauline (Standoff) Bishop. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Bishop; children, Karen (Don) Morrow of Bradenton, FL, Marjorie (Chet) Stubblefield of Hagerstown, IN, Eddie Bishop of IN, Pat (Jim) Pheanis of Richmond, IN, Bob (Tammy) Bishop of IN, Bruce (Melissa) Carver of Abilene, KS, Mona (Wayne) Whiteside of South Beach, NY and Brenda (Dennis) Chopp of Wymore, NE; brother, Rex Bishop of Lebo, KS; 24 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren; many other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, Cecil and Pauline Bishop, and sister, Madeline Walker. Visitation 1 p.m. and Services 2:00 p.m., Friday, December 14, at Baker Funeral Home, 100 S.
