Eddie Lee King, 54, of Wichita, Kansas passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2021.  He was born in Wichita, Kansas to Wayne and Sharon (Shipman) King.

Eddie loved being a mechanic from any automotive to his hydraulics certification for Heavy Equipment.  His great loved continued to 81 Speedway where he was known as "Fast Eddie".

Eddie had a great love of the outdoors with his favorite place being the "fishing hole".  His other love was for his family, taking them with him or time spent at home with them.

He is survived by this love of his life, his wife Lisa; his children Ryan Tiede, Shelbi Burke (Ryan), Cody King, Tyler Davis and Lexi Davis; grandchildren Kaden (Ryan), Hunter, Mya, Keileigh, Kolby, Kyler, Carter and Casein; parents Wayne and Sharon King; brothers Jeffery King and Keith King; sister Carry; uncles Leroy King, Gary King, Virgil, Mel, Dennis and Dave Shipman; aunts Jody, Benita, Bonnie and Betty; many other family and friends.  He was preceded by his brother Jerry King, uncle Sam King; grandmothers Helen Shipman and Viola Anthony.

Visitation 3 to 5 p.m., Wednesday, May 19, and Service 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 20, both held at the Riverlawn Christian Church, 4243 N. Meridian, Wichita, Kansas.  Graveside following at Hillside Cemetery, Sedgwick, Kansas. Memorials may be designated to Humankind Ministries (please reference Lisa King – HFG Architecture".
