76 , former Beloit Votech Teacher, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2015 in Salina, Kansas. He was born to James Leroy "Dode" Morrissey and Nellie Jane (Jones) Morrissey. He was a graduate of Woodston High School, Woodston, Kansas and Fort Hays University, Fort Hays, Kansas. He is survived by his son Douglas K. Morrissey; niece Cheryl LeFort; other family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents Dode and Nellie Morrissey, infant sister Daurice Yvonne Morrissey, infant brother Bruce Chadwick Morrissey, brother Darrell L. Morrissey, sisters Gwenivere LaNette Mitchum and Eleanor LeFort.
