DORIS  MAE SWAIN , 84, passed away on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at her home surrounded by her children and loved ones after a brief illness. Doris was born in Coolville, Ohio on September 7, 1933. She retired from Firestone in Wilson, North Carolina. She is survived by her children Doug Patty, Beth Patty, Lori (Robert) Schutzbach, John Patty, & Jane (Stephen) Kill; grandchildren Mark (Tanya) Herdman, Robert (Kelly) Schutzbach, Andrea (Peyton) Martin, Kendal Moore, Zackery Wranoksy & Johnny Patty; great grandchildren Melissa Herdman, Blake Herdman, Wyatt Moore & Ryder English; aunts Garnet King and Belle Huff; many other family and friends. Doris is preceded by her parents Arthur & Florence Swain, sons Mike Patty & Steve Patty, siblings Richard (JoAnn) Swain, Bruce (Terry) Swain, Larry (Peggy) Swain, Carol (Charles) Miller, June (Art) Conway & Ted (Cheryl) Swain, and her high school sweetheart, husband Roger Christman.
