Donnie L. Hembree , 71 of Valley Center passed away on December 26, at his home. He was born in Lyons, Kansas, on October 11, 1948 to Frank and Hazel (Clapp) Hembree. He was the youngest of 10 children. Donnie was a proud Marine and served in the Vietnam Conflict, 1966-1970. He married Mary Thompson the 11 ^th of February, 1973. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Jim and Bill, 2 sisters Betty and Joan. His hobbies included his family and friends. He was also a Master Bridge Player. He is survived by his wife Mary, of 46 years; brother Bob, and sisters Norma, Shirley, Patsy and Sue; and many nieces and nephews.
