Donnie Brooks, 69, retired assembly worker, went to be with the Lord on Friday January 1, 2016 at Peabody Health and Rehab, Peabody. He was born at Newton May 19, 1946 to Harold and Bertha (Friday) Brooks. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Alice Fensky and sister in law Sharlene (Brunner) Brooks, niece Patricia Fensky and great nephew Austin Pierce. He is survived by his brothers Jon and Esther Brooks, Harold Brooks all of Peabody, Daryl and Connie Brooks of Marion, brother in law Steven Fensky of Moundridge and nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, January 8 at the Peabody Christian Church. Memorials may be given to the Peabody Christian Church or Good Shepherd Hospice. Baker Funeral Home.
